Team Work and Building

I saw the video clips of team building and found some problems, for example a team leader he always must needs to conscious on his duty but in here I found something absent in his role. On the other hand sometimes team leader was trying to control his team very strictly which is not expectable for a team work. Every team member should respect to the leader. All the member of the team should be friendly with each other and work together with fun, but everything within a limit. One more thing is that good understanding to each other is also very important for team work. There is no competition between one to another member in a team. It is only to work together for achieve the target.

I also found that the team leader worked hard, supervise the team members carefully and friendly which is very positive for the team and success.
