I choose the three roles these are Plant, Shaper and Implementer. I believe that I have able to maintain each part of these roles. I had an experience as a team leader that is why I have little clear idea about the key roles of plant, shaper and implementer. Also I know how to use it properly and maintain successfully. I think for any research, at first the leader needs to have a clear idea about the topics, then point out the problems and find out that how it will be solved. Every research will be successful if it is fully guided by a dynamic team leader who enjoys working under pressure and want to take a challenge. He or she should be able to motivate the team to achieve the goal and also be able to work-hard with sincerity. Everything has some strength and weaknesses similarly to the roles of the Belbin Model and a also might be have some weakness. In my point of view in the role of plant I think to communicate the ideas to others sometimes create the difficulty. A leader can manage this problem if he or she has a good communication with the other members of the team.
