Human life is a serious of battles. We can never win all of them. But we are always anxious for victory. We are never prepared for defeat. As a result whenever defeat comes we get disappointed. Failure often gives us shock. We consider failure curse.

Failure has the other aspect too. Wise people have however, advised use to take both success and failure with the same ease. Failure is very common in this world. It ruins only these who have no power to withstand the troubles of life. But failure cannot dishearten a man of strong will. He knows that after cloud comes fair weather. The way of life is hard and long. Failure is here a guide. Failure makes a man aware of his defects and weakness. Then he starts his work with new energy and finishes it successfully. So, failure paves the road to victory. We gather experience from our failures. History shows that the great man never lost heart when they failed. So, it is true that failure is the pillar of success.
